Glory Hole Restaurant

It appears that entrepreneurs are willing to turn anything into a trendy restaurant for that ‘how cool it it that this place used to be…’ vibe. I mean, WC on Clapham Common is a disused Edwardian public toilet, and rather than renovating, they just used the wooden urinal partitions as table tops and bingo, it’s now a trendy wine bar.

Well SNL have noticed this particular trend, and deservedly mocked it in their new sketch staring Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there is one in WC somewhere that’s been utilised!
