The ingenious new product — deemed ‘the Indian bed of nails’ by its Swedish designer, is a soft and spongy mat covered in plastic spikes (6000 pressure points) that, when lain upon, act as acupressure points to stimulate the skin, increase blood flow and ease troubles like insomnia, muscle tension and lethargy.
