Madonna is to release a new album this year.
The singer’s producer Stuart Price has revealed the pair are currently working on a new record and has promised fans it will herald a “new sound” for Madonna.
Price – who masterminded her last LP ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’ which was both a critical and commercial success – has also revealed that the duo have enlisted the services of some of the biggest names in music.
He said: “We have been working with some of the top producers that are in fashion right now.”
Although Price is refusing to divulge the names, rumours are rife that both Timbaland and Pharrell Williams could be among the collaborators.
Before the new album comes out Madonna, 48, is releasing a live album, ‘The Confessions Tour Live From London’, on January 29.
A DVD of the recorded concert will also be available.
