Madonna’s highly successful Confessions tour will air on Channel 4 this Sunday at 10 pm.

The Confessions Tour Live From London (not exactly live, it was filmed in August) has been added to the listings of UK’s Digiguide service. With a running time of 1 hour 45 minutes, the concert special will air on Channel 4 on Sunday November 26.

Filmed at Wembley, Madonna performs hits from her latest album Confessions on a Dance Floor to a sell-out audience.

The concert special is also set to air tonight on American TV channel NBC, despite their decision to cut a contravercial crucifiction scene in which Madonna performs “Live to Tell”.

Avoiding confrontation with religious groups, who threatened to boycott, NBC decided not to show Madonna mounting a Crucifix.

NBC didn’t explain its decision, with a spokeswoman saying the network doesn’t discuss how its editorial decisions are made.

Two teaser trailers are currently being aired in the UK for the broadcast – featuring clips from Hung Up and Like It or Not.

Warner Bros Records release Confessions On A Dance Floor, which debuted at Number 1 in 29 countries and has sold over eight million copies around the globe.
