French dance maestro Shonky releases his debut album, ‘Time Zero’ on Freak n’Chic. Aged just 25, with only two years since his first turn as a producer, Shonky nevertheless manages a hypnotic techno with Detroit roots and San Franciscan psychedelic house thrown into the mix. Completely lacking vocals, the album instead makes up for it with more pads and atmospheric landscapes of sound.
