Avoriaz is at the heart of Portes du Soleil Area, “The Largest Linked Ski Area in the World”. With over 650km of piste runs and infinite off piste possibilities spread across France and Switzerland, it offers unparalleled opportunities for skiers and boarders of all abilities.

Their International Parties are not only famous, but equally infamous… From the wild antics of the Parisian “Crazyvores” Party, The winter spectacle that is the “Snowball”, The hedonistic “Erotica” Party, The Camp & Outrageous “Wig Party” and don’t forget the famous “Pool Party” at the stunning Aquariaz; Where the scantily clad hot eye-candy, is enough to melt all the snow in resort. All the parties have their own themes & styles, and are guaranteed to be 100% FUN FUN FUN!

Last year London’s premier cabaret club, Madame JoJo’s, secured the BIGGEST line-up of International talent in the history of EGSW. Spanning both the US & Europe, with a truly dazzling variety of acts.

Founded in 2008, the first year of EGSW took place in Solden, Austria with approximately 150 attendees, drawn principally from The UK, Germany and France.  In the second year we moved to Tignes, France and more than doubled our numbers to 380 and the catchment area expanded to include most countries within Western Europe.  The 3^rd edition in Tignes continued the pattern of growth & expansion. By the time they moved to Alpe d’Huez the European Gay Ski Week, had in excess of 1000 people attending from more than 50 counties from the around the world.

In 2015 they are moving to the stunning resort of Avoriaz, where our International LGBT Community is guaranteed a warm Welcome.

The Pool Party will be held at the unique “Aquariaz water park”, the only alpine water park of its type in the world. It has been designed as an aquatic paradise in the mountains featuring lush tropical vegetation growing amongst the rocks, pools, climbing walls, hot tubs and even an open-air spa heated to 34 degrees!

Also new for 2015 will be our “Picnic on the Piste”; where they invite the 1000 guests to a munch on the mountain!. A unique Alpine Eating Area will be created AND a spectacular LIVE “Bird of Prey” display will happen right above their heads…though we suggest people may want to hang on to their food!
