Celluloid Dreamboat – Channing Tatum

Sex-God Channing Tatum was born on 26th April, 1980 in a small town called Cullman outside of Birmingham, Alabama. Growing up he played various sports but it was in ninth grade when he was sent to military school he discovered his passion for football and his hopes became centred on earning an athletic college scholarship.

The shaved-head beauty’s goal was finally met in his senior year in high school. Channing is also skilled in Kung Fu and Gor-Chor Kung Fu a form of martial arts, in which he has earned belts in both – how butch! After college, Channing worked as a construction worker, mortgage broker and salesman before his incredible looks landed him modelling gigs for Abercrombie & Fitch, Nautica, Gap, Aeropostale, Emporio Armani and Pepsi. 

Channing’s big break was being cast in Ricky Martin’s video for She Bangs, where he was paid £200 for a 7-day shoot. This led to film roles in Coach Carter and his break-out leading man roles in Step Up 1 & 2.
